Courier Service and should arrive within 3 Working Days
Delivery charges are £7.50 plus 25p
for each Kilogram in Weight. Maximum weight per carton is 20kgs.
(e.g. 10 Kilogram carton costs £10.00 for Delivery) (e.g. 25
Kilograms in 2 cartons costs £13.75 for delivery)

DELIVERY TIMES
All orders received by 10am will be posted out the
same day. Any orders received after 10am and over weekends will
be posted on the next working day. We post all goods out
with courier on a next working day delivery service but some locations can
take 2 days. If after 48 hours you have not received your order please contact
us and we will track your parcel.
We typically deliver orders within
2-3 working days of cleared funds. We use a next day courier services, as
with all couriers it is not a guaranteed service and errors and late deliveries
can occur, in the event of this please contact us and we will do our best to
sort it out.

Please inspect goods on arrival and
sign for them only if you are satisfied goods are in good condition the
delivery driver will wait for you to check the goods.
If goods are damaged or are short please sign for as damaged or short. Do not
refuse the delivery.
All goods are checked before shipping and are insured with the courier but have
to be signed for as damaged or items missing in order for us to make a claim.
We must be notified of damaged, missing items, faulty goods or wrong goods
within 48 hours of goods being signed for and the goods must have been signed
for as damaged or missing in order for us to be able to make a claim from the
courier. The courier may want to contact you in the event of a claim.
If we are notified within 48 hours after delivery we will arrange collection of
faulty or wrong goods and send out replacements or refund money whichever we
decide within 7 days.
Please note: we are not a Vat Registered Company and we do not charge Vat. and we DO NOT issue vat reciepts
